Proposed effective date: January 1, 2027. Once finalized and executed by both parties, this renewal order will replace the hours allocation, service fees and service term of the current services order expiring December 31, 2026, for services on and after the effective date. It does not cancel accrued payment obligations or waive rights relating to services performed before that date. The parties must identify and confirm the governing agreement and any terms to be carried forward before execution.
This is a renewal services order. It is not a unilateral termination of, and does not replace, the governing master services agreement as a whole.
SmartBug will provide professional services within the selected hours allowance against priorities and scope mutually agreed in writing. The final scope of services and deliverables must be attached or incorporated by reference before execution. Timing and delivery plans will be agreed based on the selected allowance; an hours allowance does not promise completion of an unlimited backlog.
